19th-20th Feb 20th March 2015. Blackout by Davey Anderson was performed at Stratford Circus Arts Centre and Tricycle Theatre for the 2015 National Theatre's Connections Festival. Inspired by the true story of a young offender from Glasgow who had committed a violent crime, a hard-hitting play about getting bullied, flighting back, trying to make a name for yourself, turning vicious, doing something stupid, losing everything, then finding your way again.



THE MOBILE PHONE SHOW

4th May 2013. The Mobile Phone Show by Jim Cartwright was performed at Soho Theatre for the 2013 National Theatre's Connections Festival. This story portrays the chaotic babble of communication of a group of young people obsessed with their mobile phones. The performance looks at how we communicate with each other and examines the lives we lead through our mobile phones.



THE RITUAL

10th and 17th March and 12th May 2012. The Ritual by Samir Yazbek was performed at Soho Theatre for the 2012 National Theatre Connections Festival. This story is about a secret organisation that has positioned itself as the enemy of love. Its members must manufacture relationships devoid of affection, built to create disappointment and undo concepts of trust.



THE BEAUTY MANIFESTO

8th and 15th March 2011. The Beauty Manifesto by Nell Leyshon was performed at Tramshed Theatre and Soho Theatre for the 2011 National Theatre's Connections Festival. This is a play set in the future in a surreal world where teenagers must be operated on at the age of 16 to achieve 'beauty'. Silas, Sam, Ella and Alexis arrive at a location for their operations. What lies ahead for them?
